During the conversations the client gets more clarity and insight in his problems and the underlying themes and convictions. During a regression session the client goes back to the experience that caused the problem. Most of the time the client has experienced this past situation as traumatic. Because of this an emotional energy blockage is formed. By regression of this past situation again (and this can also be a situation from a past life) the client can release this emotional energy, which the physical body is still holding. Because of this the obstruction that has caused the problem can disappear. Together we will also work to replace the negative convictions that the client has created about him/herself or others at the time of the traumatic experience by positive ones.
